Adult Ballet
OPEN LEVEL. Beginner-friendly ballet class that even the most seasoned dancer can enjoy. Learn classical ballet technique from barre to center with an emphasis on vocabulary, body positions, and correct alignment.

Contemporary/lyrical
Based at the intersection of modern, jazz, and ballet, Contemporary/Lyrical combines floor work, center exercises, choreography, and improvisation for a free flowing and creative dance practice that engages the whole body and spirit. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED.

Jazz Technique
Jazz Technique covers all of your jazz basics, from leaps, turns, and kicks, to choreography and stylistic elements. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED.

Combo Class
This class is strictly choreography-focused, with dancers learning and creating choreography together in class. Choreographic skills, mixed dance styles, and experimentation are combined in this dance-lab style class. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED.

It’s Tappy Hour, y’all. Beginner, retiree, and complete novice friendly, you’ll learn the basics of tap dance, embellish your existing technique, and jam to a mix of genres of music with a mix of even cooler people. OPEN LEVEL.

Adult Beginner Rotating Style Class
Perfect for the beginner dancer looking to try out a mix of different dance styles week by week. Rotating between ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and modern, beginner dancers learn fundamentals of technique, alignment, and creativity in a slower-paced environment than our other classes.
